Hi,

I am trying the following hands-on.

https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/quick-cadences-for-sales-teams/create-a-quick-cadence

  • If you’re using Sales Cloud without the Sales Engagement package, make sure that your Salesforce admin has enabled quick cadences. Then click the Cadences tab in the Sales app.
  • If you have the Sales Engagement app installed, from the Home screen, access Cadences from the dropdown menu.

Neither way navigates me Cadences menu. It looks that Sales Engagement app hasn't been installed. I've never enabled quick cadences. (I checked the related challenges but it seemed no directions about it)

The only thing I could find is Sales Engagemenet Settings under Set up.

How can I find Cadnces menu?

Once you’re in your new org, you’ll need to have the Sales Engagement feature turned on.

    1. In the Quick Find Search box, enter Sales Engagement Settings.

    2. Click Sales Engagement Settings.

    3. Click the Automate tab.

    4. Click Set Up and Enable Sales Engagement.Once you’re in your new org, you’ll need to have the Sales Engagement feature turned on. 1. Hi, @May T

    1. Sign up for a free Developer Edition org with Quick Cadences.
    2. Fill out the form:
      1. For Email, enter an active email address.
      2. For Username, enter a username that looks like an email address and is unique, but it doesn't need to be a valid email account (for example, yourname@example.com).
    3. After you fill out the form, click Sign me up. A confirmation message appears.
    4. When you receive the activation email (this might take a few minutes), open it and click Verify Account.
    5. Complete your registration by setting your password and challenge question. Tip: Store your username, password, and login URL for easy access later.
    6. You are logged in to your Developer Edition.

Now connect your new Developer Edition org to Trailhead.

    • Make sure you’re logged in to your Trailhead account.
    • In the Challenge section at the bottom of this page, click Connect Org.
    • On the login screen, enter the username and password for the Developer Edition you just set up.
    • On the Allow Access? screen, click Allow.
    • On the Want to connect this org for hands-on challenges? screen, click Yes! Save it. You are redirected back to the challenge page and ready to use your new Developer Edition to earn this badge.
