This is going to sound crazy but this is how I fixed it.  With the Account Name field, do not go into the carrot (>) and grab the account name field but rather drag the Account Name from the Contact field list.  If you click on the > and add the Account name field you will get the error.

The fix is to drag the Account Name from the Contact Details tab up to the highlights panel.

Just success this quiz, directly drag Account Name other than Account Name -> Account Name.

I am getting below error "The Contact Record Page is not activated or has not been assigned as org default."

Although I have activated the page after the changes and assigned as Org default too.

Has anyone else faced the same?

    Thanks

I have raised a Case with Salesforce and am following up. Attaching the screenshot of the issue:

"I did create a New Playground "Resilient Fox Playground", and also cleared all my History & Cache. Still getting the same error. Please see the attached screenshot.

Other users are also getting the same error: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/trailblazer-community/topics/trailheadchallenges?sort=LAST_MODIFIED_DATE_DESC&search=Get+Hands-On+with+Conditional+Formatting+in+Dynamic+Forms&ref=unit

Would request your team to please look at the issue at the back end, and in the interest of community, please share the name of the specific field that is missing (if that is the real issue here).

    Hello,

I encountered the same error: "The Contact Record Page is not activated or has not been assigned as org default."

The issue was due to the API name of the Contact Record Page. Instead of Contact_Record_Page as required, my org had it set to Contact_Record_Page2. This mismatch caused the error.

To fix it, I went to Setup > Lightning App Builder, selected the page with the correct API name (Contact_Record_Page), and redid the steps using that page. After activating it as the Org Default, the error was resolved.

Account Name: what finally ended up working for me came down to a simple field. Make sure to use the Contact field 'Account Name' (vs. clicking >>into related Account object field for the Account Name as I initially did..smh)
