Hi,

Did I miss something or is it normal that there is no button "+New Agent" in Agent Studio, in the NZC partner org (used for training and demo use)?

    If the "+New Agent" button is missing in Agent Studio

    within the NZC partner org, it could be due to permission issues, restrictions in the demo environment, or the feature being disabled in the settings. Check if your user profile has the correct permissions to create agents and confirm with the admin if the demo org limits certain functions. Also, verify the Agent Studio configuration to ensure the feature is enabled. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache, try a different browser, or contact Salesforce support for assistance.

    Hi @Gobinath A and thank you for your reply.  

    Since I've asked this question, I got an answer from SF informing me that it is due to restrictions of the demo environment that is missing license for creating agents. 

    Waiting impatiently for the Spring release coming soon...
