Can't find Optimize or scheduled appointment list in the scheduling policy - trailhead

I am taking the trailhead for Customizing a Scheduling Policy.

Here are the steps I'm working on : 

First, Maria experiments with increasing the weight of the ASAP service objective.

1. In Guided Setup, click the scheduling policy. Maria clicks Ursa Major Customer First.
2. Scroll to Service Objectives.
3. Drag the slider to the desired weight. Maria sets ASAP to 5 and Minimize Travel to 1.
4. In the service appointments list, select Optimize.

I don't see Optimize on the Schedule policy or on the Gant. Where do I find this? there is no list of service appointments on the Field service screen with the gannt or on the policy itself.
