I completed the Build Your First Agent with Agentforce Trailhead but the site doesn't have all the content

After completing the Build Your First Agent with Agentforce Trailhead, the final step to view the site as a user is not right.  The site is missing most of the content, including that there is no agent dialog.

    I believe I followed all the steps.  And the "org check" passed.
