For these trainings(link) the Playground is not working which makes it impossible to advance through the trainings. Hoping for some guidance on whether this can be fixed

Thanks for the prompt reply. Attaching two screenshots that show the errors from the two options to create a playground. I have refreshed a few times and backed out and re-tried and receive errors each time:
