    Hi, @Claire Knowles

Make sure if you finished this steps:

Add an Action to Get Session Records

Use the Get Sessions flow to get the available session records for each experience.

    1. Click New and select Add Action.
    2. Select Flow as the Reference Action Type.
    3. Select Get Sessions.
    4. Leave the other options as is, and click Next.
    5. For experienceId, check Require Input.
    6. For startDate, check Require Input.
    7. For sessions, check Show in conversation.
    8. Click Finish.

Also, check whether all text data has been entered correctly. There might be an extra character entered somewhere in Get Sessions, which could also be causing the error.

@Claire Knowles To create a new Agentforce/Data Cloud Org, you need to delete the current one, and only after that will you be able to create a new one.

To delete/disconnect Agentforce/Data Cloud Playground, you need to follow these steps:

    https://youtu.be/xP8C2x961Vc

    1. Open the list of your Playgrounds (SF Orgs) at https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs.

    2. Create a new "standard" Playground.

    3. Once the Playground is created, you will be able to delete/disconnect the Agentforce/Data Cloud Playground.

Now you can create a new Agentforce/Data Cloud Org.

I'm not sure how to navigate back to the editing so decided to start again. Unfortunately now I am getting more and more spurious errors. I think it would be best to delete my playground and start again but can't figure out how. HELP!
