”Field : Related To ID、Value : Triggering Opportunity > Opportunity ID ”
I wasn't able to input
"Field : Related To ID、Value : Triggering Opportunity > Owner ID "

トレイルヘッドの問題のページを英語にしてみてください。日本語の訳がおかしいと思います。
WhatId（商談）とWhoId（所有者）を設定する必要があると思います。
