I'm finishing the Build a Bolt App project and getting the following error on the final step:
We can't find the Say Hello app direct messages in this workspace.
I followed and tested the steps exactly and got the expected results, but cannot pass the verification. Ideas?

I just got a response from Trailhead support, seems like there was an issue with the final verification step. They let me know it was resolved, and sure enough the verification step worked.
I'm experiencing the same issue. I've completed all steps, but the final verification fails. None of the above comments helped me.

- recheck all the steps once
- make sure all previous unit completed in the same org
- Please check prerequisite.
- make sure you are checking the challenge in correct org
- If not working, then try in new fresh org, it might be the existing record causing the issues in your org.
