I am going through the trailhead agent "configure an agentforce service agent". I went to verify the steps and it was saying I needed the "Get Customer Details". I have this configured but had to give it the API name "Get_Customer_Details2" because it was giving me errors that the API name "Get_Customer_Details" was taken

@Wendy Corley Ping me on Slack and let's discuss the challenge. Based on my experience, you will have to request a new org through the procedure in the module. You will be unable to pass the challenge with any name other than the one given in the module. Cheers!

HI @Wendy Corley  I am a member of Trailhead Help, Apologies for the inconvenience. Could you please re-do the module in the new Agentforce Playground.

To create a new Agentforce org please follow the below steps.

    1. Open Hands-On Orgs (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs) page.

    2. Click on Create Playground button (wait 2 to 3 minutes to create playground org)

    3. Once it is created, you'll be able to disconnect the existing org' (Org shows Disconnect option)

    4. After disconnecting the org, open the Agentforce  challenge and click checkbox then click "Create Playground" button.

    5. Check your email inbox and set password to the new org.

    6. Now go to module and Click on Connect Org button at challenge page and connect the org and click Yes, Save It button.

Now you can launch the newly connected org to complete the challenge.

     Thank You!

I have had the same problem and still doesn't work. I'm waiting the playground to expires in order to follow the steps again.

Hello @Wendy Corley, have you well provisioned a dedicated Agentforce Playground?

You should not create a new flow, but use the one available in the agent topic to create (make sure to have clicked in "this topic's actions").

    1. Click the Experience Management topic.
    2. Click the This Topic’s Actions subtab.
    3. Click New and select Add Action.
    4. Select Flow as the Reference Action Type.
    5. Select Get Experience Details.
    6. Leave the other options as is, and click Next.

    Eric
