This error is for the 1st challenge check for Prompt builder Super badge. All info is correct with correct prompt template names , flow . Followed all the instructions and used the right model too. No Idea why the error is there

Had the same issue. Make sure that after changing the model , it is activated by clicking the "Activate" button
@Stanley Chacko Sometimes, in Challenges/Superbadges, errors occur for unknown reasons, and the only reasonable solution is to create a new Salesforce Org and complete everything again. Yes, the idea of redoing everything may not be appealing, but completing these steps a second time will be easier because you will already have an idea of what to do.

Thanks for that suggestion. I did the same. Recreated a new org and followed the steps. But I guess I have do the same again.
@Stanley Chacko I understand. If you can't find a solution to the problem, try creating a new SF Org and redo this Superbadge on it.
- Sign up for a free Developer Edition org with special configuration.
- Fill out the form. For Email address, enter an active email address.
- After you fill out the form, click Sign me up.
- When you receive the activation email (this might take a few minutes), open it and click Verify Account.
- Complete your registration by setting your password and challenge question. Tip: Save your username, password, and login URL in a secure place—such as a password manager—for easy access later.
- You are logged in to your superbadge Developer Edition org.
