- 今から少なくとも5分で送信をスケジュールしてください。 ⇒ 現在時刻より5分後以降の配信を予約できます。

Changing such terms can be challenging if they are part of standard Salesforce features or packages. Especially if the term is used consistently throughout the system, the change may be unsupported.
Similarly, system messages or notifications are often fixed as standard settings. These messages are designed to provide a consistent user experience.
