Hi, since the summer '24 release went live we have an orange banner at the top of our org about the Email-to-Case threading upgrade (which isn't enforced until Jan. 2025). How do I remove this as its confusing my users?

    Hello

     

    Your non-admin users should not be able to see this. I would head over to the profiles area in Setup and open up any profiles to see if they have 'view setup and config' checked. If it still appears, you may need to check other areas too like Permission Sets etc.
