Hi Guys,

Happy to join this group of folks working with Government Agencies delivering Salesforce Solutions. Couple of thoughts and best practices which would be of value to you leveraging public sector solutions.

1. The claim and benefit object model out of the box seems to address a lot of claim management feature needs for the government with some unique customizations.

2. Actionable relationship center ( Arc feature) will be a huge value add from a user experience to navigate to third level and fourth level objects quickly to perform actions.

3. The house hold and party object model in pss provides flexibility to help agencies to relate households and also the relationships with different organizations a household can have. This has been a pain point for most agencies to get an overview of the household and render services accordingly.

Again these are features I am sure most of you folks would be using or have implemented in your projects. I am curious to know what other features in PSS have you leveraged and would love to hear best practices.
