1. If I type a question and bot collects my detail i.e to register a case in the system, will it consume my bot license?
2. If I ask multiple questions from the bot in the same chat sessions without transferring it to an live agent, will it consume multiple bot conversation licenses or just one?
3. is there any limit to open number of sessions simultaniously ? asumming i have 10 chatbot liscense
4. Any way all the chatbot conversations is logged and can be accesed

1. When you type a question and bot collects your details to register a case, it will not consume bot license. The bot license is used for conversation.
2. If you ask multiple questions to the bot in same chat session without transferring it to live agent, it will consume only one bot license. The bot license is tied to the conversation, not the number of question asked.
3. The limit is a 25 conversation per month so you can have 250 conversation per month if you have 10 chatbot licenses, assuming each conversation consumes one license.
