Hi, Regarding to this unit, the question itself mention we shall create a entitlement template which is in Japanese "電話サポート", and must link to product"ソーラーバッテリー", I think I have done both of them, but the error message shows
「電話サポート」という名前のエンタイトルメントテンプレートが見つかりません。(Which means they can`t find the 「電話サポート」name in entitlement template)
Even though I changed languange to Japanese, it still not works, could you please check what is wrong with my process?

プレイグランドの言語設定は英語になっているようですが、トレイルヘッドの設問のページは日本語のようです。このトレイルヘッドの言語設定も英語にしてみてください。
