Need reports on failed lead from 'Lead Capture for Service Cloud'

Question

I have failed leads on Lead Capture for service clouds, I need to create a report on the failed leads from 'Lead Capture', as there is no standard or custom object available for Lead Capture so is it possible or is there any other way to achieve this?
