We installed the plugin "Namirial eSignAnyWhere - eSignature, electronic & digital signature, DTMa. " from the website https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000FR4oLUAT and we have a problem with the endpoint in the User Settings tab, more precisely this:
"Saving User Settings failed. Reason: Error calling Get https://sf-ws-dev1.groupama.ro/Api/v5/authorization: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (sf-ws-dev1.groupama.ro:443)"
This https://sf-ws-dev1.groupama.ro is the reverse proxy.
Can you help us with this problem?

I also tried with the port, but I think it's from the version.
Do you know if this Salesforce esign plugin can be integrated only with the cloud version of the Namirial application or also with the Namirial in-house version?
