Regarding "User Management > Control What Your Users Can Access"
The error "We can’t find the ‘Sales User Muted’ muting permission set related to the ‘Sales User’ permission set group." occurs as a result of the playground check failing. When trying to create the muting permission set, it requires you to create one that is uniquely named. The required naming is "Sales_User_Muted", which already exists. Yet there is no way to delete the existing one so that I can create my muting permission set to be used for the check. In fact, there is no way to delete the existing muting permission set at all if it was created already to allow you to achieve this challenge, that ridiculously checks for the actual name as a requirement. Can we fix this, especially if this module is indicated to be a requirement for salesforce admin and make sure we don't create such frustration for the product? Can we also train our trailhead module people to think more thoroughly on what is a reasonable check for modules to pass? Thanks.
Thanks Mykhailo! The issue isn't editing the permission set, it's that once the permission set is deleted, the muting permission set within that permission set is no longer accessible, yet it still exists, preventing you from creating the specifically named muting permission set that the trail head searches for.
It does look like creating a new playground and restarting the whole thing is the only way to go, which is why I wanted to post this to suggest that they make the experience and what check they use for the trailhead must much friendly for students. Many thanks for your help.
how are we doing on this module?

Also too you can create new Playground and retake this unit.
To do this, you need to click on the photo of your profile on the Trailhead platform, go to the Hads-on Orgs menu, and press "Create playground":

What a pain. You should be able to delete the Muting Permission Set. I wont be creating a new playground....not worth my time.
Hello! It did not help me solve the issue as I believe the issue isn't solvable from the user perspective but the response above had entirely accurate information where if we assume that the experience for the user is to required to be poor, then what the response suggested is the best possible course of action. Hi @Aaron Roan, I Hope you are doing well.
I am from the Trailhead help team. May I request you please let us know if any of the above responses helped you resolve the issue? If yes, kindly share the solution that helped you resolve the issue or please make sure to mark the response which helped you to resolve your query as 'Accepted Answer' so that it might help the fellow Trailblazer's who are facing the similar issue.
Else, please let us know so that we can go ahead and create a case on behalf of you and can assist accordingly.

@Aaron Roan Unfortunately, creating a new Playground is often the quickest solution to Challenges. Yes, the prospect of going through all those steps again is not appealing to anyone, but on the flip side, when you do it all over again, it will be easier and faster.
Therefore, all of this can be perceived as an additional opportunity to delve deeper into this subject.
