I noticed that in the hands-on portion of the module "Daily Dose of Salesforce CRM" there are a number of fields not available Ex: "Industry" or "Number of Employees". Even selections are not available such as in the field "Stage" there is only one option to choose and it's not "Value Proposition". How can I complete this Hands-On?

I'm Ravindra from Trailblazer Help team. I request you to please create a new playground org and check the same in a new playground org again.
To create a new playground org:
- Login to Tailhead
- Open the https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs URL in a new tab
- Click on Create Playground button and wait for few minutes to create the org.
Once it is created, click Launch button next to the new org. After launching the org, choose Sales app from AppLauncher and click on New button on Account tab to create a new account with the given hands-on challenge requirement.
