Do you know if anyone has done this before? I hoped there would be a way to track the time stamp between when the opportunity started and when the quote was generated. And then, I assume we need to add a summary field and make an equation. I have had no luck with this so far; please help.

    Hi Austin,

    What do you use today? omnichannel or just basic case from service cloud?

    any context would help. 

    or do you mean only in opportunities? how / where is response tracked today? related activity object?

     

    Also just a note, FYI you dont. have to post multiple times here in the forum, you can simply add more than one topic or group when is relevant
