Hello everyone, I'm trying to move on from the 'Create Account Page Layouts' unit, and I'm encountering the following message: 'We can’t find a Lightning record page named ‘Customer_Account_Page.’ I can't seem to resolve it in any way, anyone?

    Hi @Davi Duarte,

I got the same issue and solved myself in the following way.

    For Customer Account Page:

    1. Setup > Quick Find "Lightning App Builder" > New
    2.  When it opens the Builder, select Record Page > click Next
    3. Label: "Customer Account Page", Object "Account
    4. Choose Page Template: I selected a random one > Done
    5. On the left, where you have all components & fields, I dragged the "Record detail" on the Layout
    6. Select the "Record detail" Object on the area and on the left make sure to click on the "Upgrade Now" button to convert it to Dynamic Forms:Hi , I got the same issue and solved myself in the following way.
    7. In the popup display "Dynamic Forms" click Next
    8. In the following page select the Layout Name "Customer Account Layout" you created previously in the unit, then click Finish
    9. Make sure to have previously set up the "Prospect Rating" field as Required and see "Sales Region" and "Support Plan Information" as previously created in the unit (you might need to click on "Additional fields" to show them):Screenshot 2024-01-04 at 09-14-47 Customer Account Page - Lightning App Builder.png
    10. Click on Save on the top right corner of the page.
    11. In the popup "Pages Saved" which opens up, click on Activate
    12. Select the menu App, Record Type, and Profile and click on Assign to Apps, Record Types, and Profiles
    13. Select Sales > Next > Desktop and phone > Next > Customer Account > Next
    14. In the Profiles section, make sure to select the following:
    1. - Sales User
    1. - Support User
    1. - System Administrator
    2. Click on Next and then on Save

For Partner Account Page, you can either Clone the previously created page by giving it the correct new name (and API) or build a brand new one:

    1. Setup > Quick Find "Lightning App Builder" > New
    2. When it opens the Builder, select Record Page > click Next
    3. Label: "Customer Account Page", Object "Account

    8. In the following page select the Layout Name "Customer Account Layout" you created previously in the unit, then click Finish
    9. If present, make sure to remove the "Prospect Rating" field in the "Fields" area and then cancel the "Sales Region" and "Support Plan Information" from the Additional fields as indicated in the unit:Screenshot 2024-01-04 at 09-14-47 Customer Account Page - Lightning App Builder.png
    10. Click on Save on the top right corner of the page.
    11. In the popup "Pages Saved" which opens up, click on Activate
    12. Select the menu App, Record Type, and Profile and click on Assign to Apps, Record Types, and Profiles
    13. Select Sales > Next > Desktop and phone > Next > Partner Account > Next
    14. In the Profiles section, make sure to select the following:
    1. - Partner App Subscription User
    1. - Partner Community Login User
    1. - Partner Community User
    1. - Sales User
    1. - Support User
    1. - System Administrator
    2. Click on Next and then on Save

To me it worked and I was able to complete the unit and move to the following, I hope it helps!

    Have a good day!
