On 'Customize an Org to Support a New Business Unit' part of the course, when I wanna create new case: billing, I don't have that option- the only option I have is New Case: Product Support. 

I've checked If there is in Support Processes- Billing Support process name, and it's there.

I also activated-deactivated that specific support process and saved, and still nothing.
