So some of my users are successfully creating quote PDFs, but you can right a way tell something is wrong. They are only 2kb (usually about 85) and can't be previewed, emailed or downloaded.
When I log in as these users it works fine. Any ideas?

Now it seems like Edge users and Chrome users are having trouble with quotes..... Earlier today it was working for me on Chrome but not Safari. Now it seems like none of us can download quotes.
There is a strong possibility that there is no difference in the technology used. try in another browser
