I am noticing an increase in typos and errors lately, not only in Trailhead, but also in release notes (for instance, the current release notes for Marketing Cloud Winter 23 shows an incorrect date for the associated webinar). I also gave feedback about a Trailhead module on Einstein AI where the text inexplicably switched midway from "Ursa Major Solar" to "Northern Trail Outfitters". I got an email from support that they didn't understand what was wrong. Another module on the same subject was riddled with typos, to the point of being incomprehensible. Is anyone paying attention to the writing? Is any part of this AI generated?

Hi Anja, regarding Ursa Major Solar turning into Northern Trail Outfitters:

The text you're referring to is a sample email that is the result of using a prompt template with merged data. In this case, Northern Trail Outfitters is the customer that's receiving the message. Similarly, Denise is the recipient, and Cassiopeia Mars the sender. I realize these names haven't been seen until this point, but we do talk a lot about identifying the participants in the template for the sake of role playing. That's just what's happening here.

Interestingly, that portion of the text is AI generated! In fact, below the email you'll find [Generated with gpt-3.5-turbo-0301] as our way of always being transparent when we're using AI to create content. You'll find the same sort of attribution below AI generated images, too. And, because the text was AI generated, we didn't want to alter the output at all since that'd be misrepresenting the AI's capabilities.

I hope you found this helpful!
