I have two approval processes, The first one is Manager Approval and the second is Executive Approval. In a perfect scenario the approvers for the Manager Approval process should not be able to move the oppy at all until it has been approved by the Executives via the Executive Approval process. What is happening is the managers from the Manager Approval Process are able to move around the oppy stages while its still in Executive Approval. How should I fix these to make sure the Mangers cannot move stages while its in Executive Review? (I apologizes for the word doc layout)

Within each Approval Process, what is the Record Editability setting? And does that setting give these users edit access even if the record is locked?
