Cannot find user 'Aaron Hartzler'

I am on Customize an Org to Support a New Business Unit - Manage User Access. I am trying to verify a step as hands on challenge. I have followed all the steps and can see 'Aaron Hartzler' user on my side but I'm getting error message that it can't find the username. Please advise. Thanks.
