Can't upgrade managed package -getting (named credential) Cannot Modify Managed Component

Hi all!

I released a new version today and tried to push the upgrade to my customers but I keep getting this error pointing at a named credential component that was not changed for the past 6 months.

(NAMED_CREDENTIAL_NAME) Cannot Modify Managed ComponentThe component you are attempting to modify is part of a managed package, and cannot be modified.

Some info:

1. I deleted 1 apex class and 1 trigger in this version, none of them related to this named credential
2. Last version I was able to push was a spring version.

Did anyone encounter this? Can this be related to Summer 23?
