In our test sandbox we have three Record Type. Now I have to deploy those changes in UAT sandbox. I I did add those record type in change set and deployed successfully.
But now I cant see them in New button click.
Do refer to Image for further detail. Just for testing I manually added 2 new Record Type(new test, new test 2) which happens to appear in New form.

@Shamser Dhami - you need give access to this new record type so that users can see this record type in record creation selection screen. If you already have different record types, see how access has been given to those record types. It must be through the profile or permission set.
