How to create a Average Number of Activities Per Account

I need to create a report that shows the average number of activities per account and then one of number of activities per contact.  

 

I have the Power of One field on Activities.  

 

I am trying to create Activities with Contacts report but I can't figure out the right summary formula.  

 

Can anyone help me out?
