I have a UE instance. I noticed it is after March 14th. I reached out to my AE and asked about the API licenses to which he was, at best/most kind, unfamiliar. I sent the SalesforceBen article. He referenced the Salesforce Help article = fine, same information.

I followed on-screen instructions, Integration User License is not showing for me in Production (although it is in Sandbox, just checking now). I thumbs down and added comments that I was not able to access the User license.

I contacted my AE asking how to get access to this new User License or submit Case, he suggested submit Case. I chatted with support.

As I was chatting with support about the API licenses who was also, at best/most kind, unfamiliar, I sent the Help article. I then confirmed production org ID and that access had been granted. The chat support agent then confirmed that I do NOT have access to the Integration User License (in production) and that I should reach out to my AE. I did notify the agent that my AE suggested that I reach out to support and that they should likely prepare as that I am not likely the only person who will be contacting support.

Anyone else able to access in production or not?
