When I try to log-in to the App Exchange from the SandBox where I want to install the app to test it, I get an authentication error. But if I try in Prod all good.

Who Is Viewing My Record?
- I Open the Login
- Use a Custom Domain to login.
- I get the error:
I dont even get a chance to put the credentials
