Set Up Case Escalation and Entitlements - Create Case Queues and an Assignment Rule

I am unable to complete the following task as it says that they can't find user Ada Balewa, any recommendations?

Hi @William Peters ,

you also have to add Salesforce or salesforce platform license in order to make it visible.

I actually had created 3 users named Ada Balewa hence Salesforce could not pick the current one. I renamed all of them end kept one Ada Balewa which I was using, and it worked for me.
