How do you resolve this without going into each individual profile?

When a user wants to add a new opportunity, a plethora of record types appear that they can choose.  We dont need a single one of them and want to at least deactivate them.  When I start with the first one, I get the above screen.  I am hoping there is a way to make mass changes needed to all profiles so I can deactivate the the record type without going into each profile?
