I've seen some other posts about this with no resolution, so hoping the help team has some answers! Put Predictions into Action with Next Best Action: Define and Build a Prediction As others have said, I've followed the steps and still get an error message stating "You have 0 Contact record to predict (1 record minimum). Select at least one record you want the prediction to answer." Any ideas?

Turns out the dataset is outdated and all records have a purchase date of more than 2 years ago. I solved it by going into a couple of contacts and (after adding the last purchase field to the page layout) changing the last purchase date to a date that is just a few days ago so they are not part of the filter. Hope this helps!
