How to determine user's home page assignment?

I know how to assign a page to default-all, specific app, or app-and-profile combo, but what's the best way to see what's assigned to a user already.

Here's what I did so far, but it seems a bit clunky; should be a better way. Thoughts?

How do I know which page is assigned to a person?

• Find User's Profile
  • Profile - check 'Custom App Settings'
  • Look for default. 
• App Manager
  • Find App and edit to open in App Builder
• App Builder
  • Drop down on pages
  • Had to check activation settings for each page.
  • User's app or app-and-profile combo didn’t appears, so user has system default
