Stuck on "Customize the Home Page"

I'm stuck in step 3 in:

When I select home page, the little circle goes round and round, but nothing happens. I'm in my Trailhead sandbox. Do I have to be in my Developer sandbox for this step to move forward?

    If your webpage is minimized that may be the problem! The same thing happened to me to I made the playground full screen and then I could see the next button.
