Issue - The new user does not have the system administrator profile. In the user record profile field, choose system administrator.

I can't complete the challenge even though a new user is an admin. How to proceed? Can someone help me?  Issue - The new user does not have the system administrator profile. In the user record profile field, choose system administrator.
