Missing Set Default Record Types in Personal Settings

I can't find the Set Default Record Types in my Personal Settings. As per docs, it should be under the Display and Layout section.

"In Lightning Experience

1. Click in your avatar | Settings | Display & Layout | Set Default Record Types"

Mine, doesn't have the Set Default Record Types. Am I missing something here in order to show the Set Default Record Types option?
