Your Trailhead playground user doesn’t have the correct permission set licenses assigned to it. Make sure you’ve assigned the Field Service Dispatcher permission set license to yourself and try again.

I have verified all the responses and checked My Trailhead plaground work, Its not working for me. All my users are active and all permission sets are assigned as mentioned below.

 

I assigned these permission sets for User sys admin

 

1) FSL Admin License

 

2)  FSL Admin Permissions

 

3) FSL Dispatcher License  

 

AND

 

James Clifton (Profile: Standard User) is assigned the following Permission Sets:

 

1) FSL Mobile License

 

2) FSL Resource License

 

3)  FSL Resource Permissions

    Hi All,

     

    Sorry for the inconvenience! It seems like an issue with the permission set label names. We have escalated this issue to the concerned team and they will be working on it soon. In the meantime, please follow the below workaround.

     

    Please goto Field service Mobile License-->edit properties---> change label name to FSL Mobile License

     

    Please goto Field service Resource License-->edit properties---> change label name to FSL Resource License

     

    Please goto Field service Resource Permission-->edit properties---> change label name to FSL Resource Permission

     

    Please goto Field service Admin Permissions-->edit properties---> change label name to FSL Admin Permissions

     

    Please goto Field service Dispatcher Permissions-->edit properties---> change label name to FSL Dispatcher Permissions

     

    Please goto Field service Dispatcher Licenses-->edit properties---> change label name to FSL Dispatcher Licenses.

    There is...

     

    I raised a case with Trailhead Support and they investigated my org and found out that I had an inactive user who's profile was System Adminstrator. Even though the user was inactive, the challenge is checking for all users and there should be only one with the profile System Administrator. Changing the profile of the inactive user to Standard User, helped me go past the error and clear the challenge. I hope this helps anyone who's facing the same issue.

    Assigned 3 Licenses correctly3. Trainhead error : Step not yet complete in FLS3 Playground

    I have only one sys Admin which is myself, no inactive users and all permission sets assigned correctly as explained in the "Install the Field Service Managed Package" project. But I still get this error-

     

    "Your Trailhead playground user doesn’t have the correct permission sets assigned to it. Make sure you’ve assigned FSL Admin Permissions to yourself and try again."
