When we do direct mail-outs, we receive the NCOA report for contacts who've moved. I can easily map the new addresses to the correct accounts for a bulk update (using Apsona), but I noticed it doesn't update the contact(s) addresses within the household, only the account-level address. I thought NPSP was supposed to automatically update the address on the contact level as well. How do I fix this?

@Clay Barton what fields on the Account are you updating? The NPSP will automatically update related Contact's address (and the Address object) if you update the Accounts Billing address fields. Here's the NPSP Workflow Guide that shows exactly how and when the process happens.

Here are a few things to check on:

    1. That the "Household Account Addresses Disabled" option in NPSP Settings isn't enabled
    2. That the Contacts don't have the address override enabled.
    3. Check your NPSP Error Logs (in NPSP Settings) to see if the trigger has been failing).
    4. The "size" of the update, ie. is it a small change? There is a setting in NPSP Settings that may be affecting whether some Address records are updated (and therefore the Contact) called Simple Address Change Treated as Update.
