
I plan to import contacts from an excel spreadsheet. For people that have more than one organization, should I separate that with a semicolon or dash in the spreadsheet before converting to csv? I want both organizations to be listed, but don't want multiple entries for the same person (trying to avoid them receiving the same email twice if they are in there two different ways).
If I'm planning to upload contacts from 2 different spreadsheets, will Salesforce make sure that potential duplicate entries are not added?
