I set up a screenflow that allows our preschool director to type in a parents name and email and select a school year from a picklist. This adds a new account and contact for the parent and assigns them to a campaign corresponding to the selected school year. At some point this week the screen changed and the string values no longer appear on the picklist. It looks like the first screen grab now. Normally you should see three choice values: SY_2021_22, SY_2022_23, SY_2023_24. What do I need to change to make the picklist values reappear?
