For a particular queue, though a user is a member of that queue, is unable to see the cases in service cloud. pls assist

Hi Mohit,

Thank you for the help. But i am very new to this system. i am using the system admin profile and yet i am unable to view cases under certain views. the list view has different queues like pricing, dividends etc...i am unable to view for select queues. pls help
