I am getting error "We couldn't find a question with branching logic. Make sure branching logic has been added to the 'Score Solar Panel' page." in Trailhead Survey Basic Module "Add logic to your Survey ".
Please help me out.

I was facing the same issues, apparently the challenge is missing the part that should tell you GO TO THE OTHER SURVEY called "Solar Panel Feedback Survey" and apply the rules there
@LV Clark You do not have to select the Display Logic button, in this case you have to select the Add branching logic button from the menu where the pages are located to continue.
Hello Ritik,
After you enter the conditions for the Page branching logic, click Create Rule (Image 1). Once you click it, the rule created will appear below (Image 2). Remember to click Save Logic.

Make sure that Survey name will be Solar Panel Feedback Survey
1. Enabled surveys in the TP, made the sharing settings for survey object=Private
2. Created the survey as per the instructions on Trailhead
3. Adding logic to survey--> once the logic is created(click on create a formula for the first step on the challenge)
4. Make sure the name of pages, the survey is accurate as per the instructions in Challenge.5. Save the survey.[ Activation is not required]
Or if this will not work Please try in the different Salesforce Playground
Hi @Paula Garcia, @Fred Payet the 'Display Logic' button is disabled (greyed out) on the second question (Tell us what didn’t go well with the installation). Can you advise how to enable this button? I am working on the unit first before I complete the challenge. Thanks, LV

I had the same error as Ratik and solved it by doing the steps in my previous comment. The error message said, "We couldn't find a question with branching logic. Make sure branching logic has been added to the 'Score Solar Panel' page."
The Add Logic to Your Survey challenge has 2 parts:
1) Add display logic to the second question on the Solar Panel Installation page.
a. Make sure you are on the Solar Panel Installation page, look for the second question (Tell us what didn’t go well with the installation) and click the "Display Logic" button above the question as appears in the image below.
b. A pop-up window will appear. Make sure you select the following from the drop-down menus:
(1) Select Condition: All the conditions are met
(2) Select Question: Rate your experience with the solar panel installation.
(3) Select Operator: is less than or equal to
(4) Response: 3
Finally, click (5) Save Logic.
Please see the image below.
2) Add branching logic to the Score Solar Panel page which I explained in my previous comment.

I am sorry, the error is regarding question display logic, you have mentionned the branching logic where there is a create rule button indeed.
