One filter I would like to have is the ability to filter by Subject containment. For example, shown in the picture above, I would like to be check off a filter that will hide all tasks whose subject contains "Registered - ".
Ideally that filter would be placed here:
Is it possible? Through Apex? Through Component Builder? I know this was something Salesforce created, so I do not know If I have the ability to change anything.

Surely you can create a lightning component to replace this. But that would require a lot of customisation.
