I have a field on Contact that tracks a score. I need that number to show up in a field on the corresponding Account.

 

It's okay for the Account field to add up the numbers from all Contacts belonging to the Account or just contain the most recently updated value from any of the Contacts belonging to the Account.

 

How do I make that happen?

    Shivam,

    I tried using process builder.

    Start > Contact > Criteria: Contact: Total_score = is changed: True > Action: Update Records, Record Type: record related to Contact: Account ID >

    At that point I get a list of fields to select from and the custom field that I need the data to go into doesn’t show up.

    So I’m stuck.

    Thoughts?
