Need help creating a report that shows no activity on Account for the last 30 days

I am fairly new with Salesforce and need help creating a report that shows no activities on an Account for the last 30 days. I have used the 'Last Activity' filter ..Last Activity = not equal to Last 30 Days. There were two that showed up on my report in the Last Activity column with dates 15/10/2020 and 27/11/2020 (this one I realised was the Due Date set on an task). 

 

Please help me.

    I'm not sure if I understand your filter. Would you mind posting a snippet of your report filters? I think the filter you want on last activity is Last Activity > LAST 30 DAYS. This should show you all accounts where the last activity date is more than 30 days ago.
