what happens if a customer enters a journey and in MOBILE STUDIO the customer's country is not enabled to receive SMS communications?

    Hi Camilla,

     

    if the customer meets the criteria for the journey he/she will join it. However I assume in that journey a SMS will be sent to that customer?

     

    It depends on your configurations, but if you did not have the country code defined then that customer will not get a SMS. I dont know to be honest whether you will get a error message or the SMS just isnt sent.
