Meanwhile work goes on - so I have question - sort of. I have been trying to find a way to edit and/or delete Quick Text. I gave access to Quick Text to one profile - (Create, Read, Edit, Delete) - So, if I log in as that user they can create quick text but cannot edit or delete it - any ideas on how to do both? Thanks.

@Madison Auten Give your profile access to the Quick Text tab, and delete records from there. Or else use the Developer Console to query Quick Text records and delete them that way.
